In the morning, when I wake up, either I take shower or not.
Every single time I go to toilet and pee/poo: in Italy we have this GREAT piece of forniture we call BIDET (which is, strangely, a French word, even if it's not THAT comon in France). This is something we Italians are very proud of and we miss it when we are abroad...and this is also the main reason why we have this sterotype of foreigners being dirty.
But, really, you should carefully clean your butt and anus after defecating, at least.
Oh yeah...and one time more before going to sleep, at night..and don't forget to wash feet and teeth, as well! :-)
How often do you wash your bum? Eg. Once every shower/every month?
