No wonder bedbugs are such a problem, lots of people never wash the fabric that they spend an average of 56 hours a week in.
It's hygienic, and not too wasteful, to wash them on a weekly basis. Plus, it feels good to have clean sheets.
This is right, once a month is the most popular but that seems an awfully long time to leave it. Once a week for me :)
