How often do you poop?

On AVERAGE, not counting when you are sick, ROUGHLY how often would you say you poop?

Im asking, because I'm concerned I may be pooping at an unhealthy rate.

    When I was on heroin I wouldnt shit but once every 2 weeks. When I would shit it would be the fattest longest turd imaginable. One time it ripped my asshole and it bled. It got stuck and I almost called 911. Finally i got it out but it ripped. Dont do drugs.

    Sometimes one time a day and sometimes once every 2 or 3 days. I’ve gone a week a few times. But can’t expect much with ibs I’ll be all over the place seem normalish then can’t go for days.
