As I child I was taught to brush them after every meal. But today I either don't find the time, don't have a toothbrush on me or I am just to lazy. So it's twice a day for me: Once in the morning and once before I go to bed.
Use a miswak, very handy for after meals.
I had to google that. Yes, it looks interessting, but it's kinda hard to get in europe.
I got mine on eBay for a few Euro :)
