So, how often are you in a good mood or just generally happy about life and things?

  • I am never happy.

  • Rarely and whatever happiness I do feel, there's always something that'll ruin it.

    • That happened to me just today. I got finished petting my little soft lop bunny, got into my car totally excited to buy myself a candy bar from the Wal Mart and then I saw the price of gas =/

You must live by a gas station.

      • Actually, I live by many gas stations. There's no excuse to run out of gas my area since they so close to neighborhoods.

  • Sometimes I'm skipping across the surface of the moon with utter glee, other times I'm a miserable git dwelling on the inadequacies of the world and myself, but most of the time I'm simply and perfectly O K.

  • Most of the time because most of the time I'm eating :)

  • Sometimes I am :D
Most of the time I am :)
    Every now and then I am ;-;
But ;-; usually doesn't happen until >=( is over.

Hope that answers your question. I am usually in a good mood, I am a fairly optimistic person when I don't think about the economy or the future of said economy.

  • It corresponds with how often I drink music, listen to alcohol, and have sex with food, or food with sex. Of the four, the greatest is music. Instant and prolonged relief from the agony of being human. That's perhaps the only reason it's continued to exist.

  • Not often. I'm content a lot of the time, but I wouldn't call it "happy." Strange things make me happy, like things that aren't really significant in any way, and then things that should make me happy usually feel underwhelming.

  • This is a little depressing.

  • I'm a generally happy dude. The general public tends to piss me off when I see how retarded they are though. It's an instant bad day when I see:

-Commercials for Jersey Shore/ Bad Girls
    -Hipster kids
    -College activists protesting something minuscule
    -Hippies
    -Mix race couples
-Jesus freaks (like the people who shove pamphlets on you)
    -Hipster kids
-My old Jewish professor whos class consisted of telling all the white student we are evil and should be ashamed
    -undisciplined children in public
-People who clearly got their drivers licence at WallMart
    -Hipster kids
-Political adds (fuck you Obama, and Romney)
    -Animal Abuse
-Flamboyant gays (we get it, you're gay, but your shirt is causing traffic accidents)
-Wiggers....oh god damn those fucking wiggers...
    -Guidos
-People who want to ban guns (I don't give a damn about the constitution, but if you take guns from law abiding people then only criminals have guns. If by some miracle we removed all guns, people would just stab each other)
    -Obese fat fucking nasty people
    -Emo/Goth kids
    -Hipster kids
    -MEN IN WOMENS JEANS
-People with shitty band logos on their shirts
-Mindless chatty whores, the kind you see on Jersey Shore
    -Rude people

I guess that's all I can think of right now. Thank god I live in the mountains.

  • It takes quite a lot to upset me.

I usually am happy; I'm a very optimistic person. Although there are times when I over think everything which eventually will lead to something depressing and so on from there.

  • I'll go for years feeling happy in a general sort of way, but about every five years (on average) I hit a wall and feel exceptionally low for a time.

  • I been going through life seemingly happy for a while now :/

  • About a week out of every month, I feel happy. sometimes a couple days in between. But only one or two of those days, roughly every other month, am I really, genuinely happy to where no one or nothing could rain on my parade. I'd say I'm happy more often when I am in school, but on the other hand my sad is sadder.

  • It really depends where I am, and the people I'm with. Usually I never really get that complete 'happiness' feeling. But more of a feeling of contentment.

I hate admitting this to anyone, even if you're all complete strangers, but I'm rarely ever happy at my job. And really any other place that makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable. But unhappy places like those are few and far between.

  • I've been feeling rather melancholy for the past few months, but yesterday I was actually in a pretty good mood. I think it was because I ate some chocolate for the first time in a while.

  • I would say I'm happy slightly more than sometimes, and honestly that's pretty good for someone working a blue collar job in Pennsylvania, living with a population of extremely stupid and nasty people on a daily basis.

  • Never. In my case, the question is how often it is (more or less) (un)bearable, whether it is bad or worse.

    Comment Hidden ( show )
  • I'm proud to say that I am generally a very happey person :)

  • At the moment, sometimes. There have been long periods when it's been near enough always, and equally long periods when it's been near enough never. At the moment, it's a nice, stable "sometimes" :P

  • Everytime i look at normal people i laugh so loud my mustard comes out

    Comment Hidden ( show )
  • Most of the time. Occasionally though, not as much.

I find that the less I think and the more I act, the less pessimistic I am about life. There is great danger in constantly feeling pity for yourself.
