My ex had that, granted he hadn't had sex in 3 years and his past partner cheated. I think he feared getting hurt again and his confidence was low from the past. I really cared about him so I offered to go down on him until he was hard. We later decided not to have sex then.
However months later we had sex, it just happened. I think he wasn't nervous then because he had no time to think about it, we just went for it.
That's completely understandable! I feel so bad for the guy because they probably think we're setting there judging the hell out of them for a completely NORMAL thing.
