  • Difference ages requires different sleep quotas. More you get older less sleep you need. As a teenager we can fall a sleep anywhere and sleep for hours. But after thirty you simply can't do that. You always wake up at the same time. After forty again this biological clock in your body changes and you can't fall asleep more than six hours.
Unless you do some very hard physical labour work, maximum five to six hour is enough. Sleeping mean charging up your batteries. If you know how to do this you can do this even while awake. When that happens your sleep quota goes down to three or four, but if you don't know that sleeping three hours or four per day lead you to be sick. But right now your sleeping hours goes law is normal.
