I am a college student, so most of my time is doing hw, in class, or with friends. I normally stay on the phone with friends till 4-5am (friends that don't have class in the morning) then have to wake up at 6am to go to class. Some nights I cant get to sleep after being on the phone because I am so worked up in what we were talking about, so I go about my next day. My biggest problem is friends.... how do you make them shut up so you can go to bed when your a talkative person? I've tried the whole "turn your phone off" thing but then my mom will try to call at like midnight (when I should be sleeping), and if I dont answer I wake up to 30 missed calls, and frantic facebook messages and emails. now that I see how unhealthy it is... SO HOW DO I SHUT PEOPLE UP, so I can sleep?
