During the week about 5-7 hrs, only cause my body is in a bad pattern. Weekends I get 12 hrs and can do more, but I have to take care of errands and party with friends.
Ideally though if I get 8-9 hrs I'm great. Less than 7 I feel like crap, gets progressively worse the fewer hrs I get.
