  • People who follow diets like this have no common sense. I am a registered dietitian and I hate these fad diets that promote food as an enemy. All research shows that people on very low calorie diets (less than 1000) more or less destroy their metabolism which leads to weight regain.
    Now, i'm going to go enjoy my salad of whole wheat orzo, roasted chicken, bell peppers on mixed greens and have ONE homemade chocolate chip and almond cookie for dessert!
