The terms you are using are very subjective. While men are capable of greater physical strength, on average men have greater upper body strength, and women have greater lower body strength. When dealing with other strengths women tend to lead the way. Women physically, emotionally and mentally mature faster than males. And in these categories they are capable of enduring more trauma then males.
So, while men are capable of greater physical strength. On average women are the stronger gender.
P.S. I'm a man. And am not afraid to point out the difference between the sexes. Not that one is superior to the other. It's just each is better at certain things. We need as a society to stop competing with each other and come together and celebrate our differences. For both man and woman, without each other we are lost
