I have pretty much been denied that, since if I would there´s a big chance I would see two "pictures" of the world at the same time and therefore hinder me, even though I myself still wanna do it, maybe I will be able to do it if I do at a private clinic were I pay it. Even if I would see double after the surgery they can fix that by making my right eye "weaker" so my left eye becomes completely dominant. So the problem is that the hospital does not wanna take the risk because it could lead to me having problems driving cars etc, but the thing is that I would actually rather be a happy man than be able to all those things living a life always being worried that I may look retarded or can´t make eye contact. I don´t know maybe I´m just in a really big rut right now and maybe I should instead work on my confidence.
How much less attractive is someone because of a cross-eye?

Get prism glasses or surgery. Crossed eyes brings your attractiveness down about 2-3 points depending on how severe it is.
