Any deformity is unattractive. It's a disadvantage but hardly a game over. Improve what you have the power to change, and improve a little each day to build up confidence in yourself.
The thing is that I don´t find every deformity unattractive and I don´t think you actually do either when you think about it which makes it really hard for me to decide how unattractive my deformity is, for example: Should I try to hide it? Should I wear tinted glasses? Should I only look people in their eyes from certain angles? You get my point. Yes I would definitely not perfect even if I wouldnt be cross-eyed so, Yes!, I can definitely work on other things, like work out etc, but it´s really hard to get motivation to improve when it feels like I have this flaw that makes me unattractive no matter what I do...
It seems like the word 'deformity' got a reaction out of IIN. Thing about attraction is that it's purely superficial and it's instant, and it's based on very primal urges. This is different than love, this is hip-to-waist ratio, symmetrical face, straight teeth and so on. At the very basic level it's a measure of health for mating. But it's the summation of a thousand things: you can definitely still be attractive with a lazy eye.
What you should do is not to worry about what you can't change. You say you're a man but the tone of your text doesn't sound like one. Embrace your masculinity—which by the way, doesn't give a shit where your eye is looking. Women can smell weakness in a man like nothing else, so don't see your eyes as a weakness and they won't either.
How much less attractive is someone because of a cross-eye?

That's not true at all.
