Good grief. It's totally different between a Lady who is less than 5 Ft tall with a thin build, or someone of similar height from the Pacific Island US possessions where the whole race is genetically wide and beefy (and normally weight almost twice the previous example), or someone over 6 ft tall with many different builds.
I live in a state with a large Tongan population and I always find it funny how Polynesian countries never seem to top the "world's heaviest countries" lists when the obesity rate is somewhere in the 70% range. Granted, if it's genetics like you mention then there's not really much to be done about that
