Well, unless it's a employer or educator I would tend to see that kind of one sided communication as a reason for me to ignore said person.
I guess you could inform the person that you won't be responding to any of their queries until he or she answers your question or questions if you asked first. Don't budge when you set boundaries with people especially if they're high strung, entitled little narcissists.
Sadly, we train many people how to treat us. Some people have a nasty habit of testing us to see how far we can be pushed. Often times the boundaries we have to set with some people are not conducive to friendship.
