It's all degrees. If you and your partner like infrequent boring sex, all will be well, but when one of you wants more... well, there's going to be trouble. Nothing's worse than being stuck in a relationship with all the crappy qualities of a marriage, with only the benefits of being roommates. And no amount of coaxing, support, compassion, love, or expression of your desires will get an uninterested partner to ever be on board. If the sex is crap and the other person doesn't care, they're more likely to consider the problem to be yours and not the other way around. I'm in a sexless marriage, it f'n sucks. If sex matters to you and it doesn't to your partner, dump them. Immediately.
How much do you think sex is important in a relationship ?
