Doubt that he isn't sexually attracted to you. Personally I have felt less sexually attracted at POINTS to the girl I was dating. It is more important that both of you are happy. You can't expect him to figure out everything in your head.
Tell him point blank that he has to initiate. If he doesn't well you're probably in trouble. This situation can improve it has to be worked on actively though. Relationships can survive without sex but is 100000% better with it working. Don't put words in his mouth though ask him.
