How much do you exercise?

  • i do about 20 mins of walking every day, then i go swimming about 4 times a week, then i also do push ups and squats and sit ups in my room every day, i lost about 3/4 of a stone in the past month and i now weigh 10 1/4 stone which i'm happy with, but i want to put on more muscle xD
