I live in a listed building so it's potentially priceless. I don't own it, though, and probably never will.
What do you mean by listed? Here in the US, listed means for sale so you confuzzled me there.
Ahh, I'm sorry. Here, it means a few centuries old and worth protecting. Not that it actually is. It's just massively overcrowded here and we want to rip down the older stuff to build homes for new people.
