absolutely, i mean the first time i got hit i was on the sidewalk and i was only 16 the guy only clipped me but i was pretty bruised up to. Ha my mother at the time pressed charges so hard it squeezed the crap out of him. in the end we got a huge settlement that ironically paid for my first car.
