I poop at least twice a day. I enjoy it. Not in the sense of the act but just knowing I'm getting it out my system. I even wonder what meal I'm pooping out to see how far behind I am (is that weird?). Lol
But I will also say I poop ALOT after a night of drinking. The next day I poop at least like 5x.
