        • That's alot of starch though, u need to branch out more if u want to be more healthy. Potato and pasta are good, but a trap

          • The pasta is mainly bean pasta. I have been having fruit and yogurt smoothie just about everyday starting with the beginning of this week. I admittedly have the tendency to forget about my veggies, but I still consume high amounts of fibre. I also tend to forget about protein, but my skyr has it and its tasty so, I'll definitely be eating a lot of it. I have also been making these cookies with cacao powder and blueberries. I take chlorella too but my taking of it is a tad inconsistent.
