But to simplify I have the urge to mutilate myself because it feels good I also suffer from extreme mood swings to the point that I might come off as unstable and I want to die even when I'm in a good mood I want to just die I've tried to kill myself more then once in the past.
Oh and I have moments when I blackout and apparently things happen in that spand of time that I can't remember doing.
