Well i worked as a loader for UPS for 8 years. So that had alot to do with it. But it completely went out when I was doing deadlifts one day. I was bedridden for a week after and it never really got better.
Deadlifts I knew it! Probably disk wearing out before hand contributed but still. Deadlifts are brutal although I have never suffered a serious back injury from them. I have fainted and puked before from them tho.
how many of you have some sort of medical issue?
