I was tested for autism and ADHD and all that shite, I had a reading age of 17 when I was 11 and used to do well in exams without any studying or even doing any classwork. I hardly went to school from like 14 onwards but I took an interest in science and geography and got high scores in both. Mathematics came naturally to me and I was also the strongest kid in my year and possibly the whole school (at least on the bench press).

Im now 26, unemployed and broke. Not many jobs in the science/geography/bench press industry apparently.

I'm probably normal, was never tested but I'm definitely normal. It'd be nice to be a super-smart genius but I've accepted my IQ. I love how the online ones are always saying I'm 135 or above though lmao, I get to live my fantasies briefly.

I never got checked as a kid but my doctor wrote 'generalised anxiety' on my sick note recently - does that count as a diagnosis?

I was told that I have an IQ of 158 by several different people who did my IEP testing for my ADHD and OCD ( at several different ages in my life). To this day, I still only feel like an average person.

"Child prodigy" is not a medical term, so therefore one can not be diagnosed as such.

It is a term it's just not medically certified as such.

Therefore an official diagnosis as such is impossible.

I took IQ tests in school when I was 9 for placement into a gifted program. Anyone who scored in the top 2 percent got in, so I have above 130 IQ. I think the genius category is 145+ though

Was it a case of, "Now WeirdMan, try counting to 21 Without taking off your shoes nor pulling down your pants".

You know though, if you are smart you will know the answers to these riddles, no need to write the answers, just think of them -

Who here would claim to know how to count because of the number of fancy cars he owns?

Who here would claim to have learned how to count because of how many women he has supposedly banged?

I avoid the IQ tests because I'm worried ill score in the retard ratio. I'd rather not know.

Look, in all seriousness, it is unlikely that you are in the retard ratio or anywhere near it.

People who truly ARE numbskulls tend to think they are smarter than what they really are. Think of some dumb-ass hillbilly who thinks he is Einstein. Nuff said yes?

The very fact that your posts here are coherent, not exaggerated, and complete sentences proves you have at LEAST a working knowledge of basic things.

In short, people who are dumb asses are not aware that they are dumb. There is no shortage of dumb asses on this site, but you are not one of them.

Every one consist of "you're stupid" "god is bullshit" "i hate fat girls" "Americans are stupid" and then you try to play the self righteous card on how your politics are so kind. You're delusional bro. You've been bullied a lot if shows.

I'm no genius, I certainly wish I was a genius, but I'm no genius. I don't know if I was ever IQ tested as a child, but I know that I'm no genius. I will say that I was tested in my thirties by mental health professionals. I'm considered above average intelligence, and for that I'm very grateful to God. I'm probably somewhere that is considered high average. I have taken 3 different IQ tests as an adult, and I choose to go with the score of the most professionally administered test which also happened to be lowest test score so I'm secure, and confident saying I'm not gifted, and I'm no genius, but I'm certainly above average.

I vaguely remember an episode of the first season of the Facts Of Life where they were focusing on something to do with IQ tests. If I were a gifted, or genius level person I'm also relatively sure that I'd still be an underachiever.

I squeeked into the Mensa society with a 132. Many fellow Mensans would be considered "wasted" by average people having normal levels of motivation. To be more specific, they seem to be on an Asperger's type spectrum where swimming in their own well articulated perceptions of the world is the limit of their personal universe. They have no interest in participating in technological advancement, scientific research, or corporate excellence. They can see that motivation will only bring discomfort. So, they prefer to stay in their personal bubble.
