    yes and no.
    Society does have laws and restrictions.
    I do feel free to do what I want though because laws and restrictions are man made concepts and I consider myself my own government.

      Do you mind if I ask how old you are?

      I'm just wondering if you remember life before seatbelt laws, smoking restrictions, and ethanol mandates. Before regulations on salt, sugar, and fats in our food. Laws that governed choices that don't affect anyone else directly...

      I remember a day when risk was a personal choice. That's why I asked this question. It's interesting to see how many among a younger generation have learned to accept so much control.

        I'm 29. I continue to drive how I want and smoke where I want although sometimes they ask me to leave.
