      Yes, I haven’t been on a date in a long time and I genuinely don’t miss any element of the dating process. The fact that I’m asexual and most people aren’t definitely plays a role but I also found being in relationships emotionally tiring and certainly felt that my last partner wanted me to tone down my eccentricities. Put simply I enjoy my freedom to be my authentic self and personally that’s not something any relationship has given me.

        I'm not specifically talking about marriage, but any sort of relationship. It is human nature to be in one. You just said some shit about not needing it but deep down you want and need it.

          No, I don't want and need it! I waited too long to get my freedom to give it up. Also, I am asexual, a loner and a misanthrope. Due to mental health issues, I have difficulty relating to and dealing with people. Accept it.
