I hate the implication in your poll that women who choose not to have children are selfish and don't like giving to others. I'm not having kids, but I am going to donate money to disaster relief funds as soon as I come into some extra money. Still think I don't like giving to others?
I resent that you would assume someone would only choose not to have kids because they don't want to give to others.
Can there be a 'None because the world is already overpopulated/I want to be able to contribute to society in different ways' option.
Due to limited resources 2.5 kids is ideal, however 3 is a good amount just in case something happens to one. Any more though and you need a big vehicle and 3 you can't take any extra passengers along. Sorry , no room!
To hell with kids. They should all be taken to an island and done away with. They end your life and rape your soul. Again, fuck 'em!
Kids are ungrateful little snot nosed buggers that take up all your time, cash, freedom and joy then leave you with nothing but bills, heart-aches and headaches. Everything you do for them from the time they were spit out of their mothers womb until they are kicked out the house goes without a single thank you...
Just one unless they are twins. Any other point one seems to be favored and compete for affection and parents will often even if they do not realize pic one child they love. While treating the other one like they do not exist. Usually the child which is less hassle and effort to take care of.
Two- I don't want very many, but I don't want the oldest child to carry all the expectations of the family on his/her own.
Four kids, two of each sex. Or two kids that are twins, of each sex as well.
I don't think I could handle having more than 2 kids, and now with the economy failing I wouldn't be able to afford it either. 2 is just enough for me and i've already got that.
This is a preference thing.. Some want many and may be able to afford it. Some may say none at all and this is what the poll is about.. Okay I say three is fine when starting off at a younger age. At an older age, maybe one or two, if not, then none at all.
Kids aren't really planned, they just kind of happen (I got pregnant twice on birth control; the one we planned only happened after 3 miscarriages)...you can't make a decision until you have the first...
