I think you can know some part of a person just seing how he/she moves and her/his facial expretions.
You can start loving someone on the first sight.
I did once. It wasn't something like "I love him", but I became really really curious about him, and latter I started to have more contact with him, and guess? I became to be sure of I was loving him.
And I loved that person for 2 years, then we started to go on other directions (university and stuf).
So, I would say you can love someone on the first sight, but not being sure of it even so.
