Oh geez it's almost like there isnt a type of thing that Biden can take executive actions for...
Oh wait yeah theres things called executive orders. Not only that, biden can choose to infringe on the states rights when it comes to covid 19 governance. Trump never infringed on states ability to handle covid. So I just hope biden doesnt either.
I dont know if you know this but the federal law is above the state law. If Biden wins the the democrats (who are shit terrified of the virus) has a majority of control of the federal goverment. Oh wow!
No, lol...I just can't with this 3rd grade level nonsensical shit, but here we are...there are three branches of government, checks & balances woooop
Yes, executive orders exist, but they can and have been overturned by Congress via veto, which they would be since repubs slapped it up.
You do know your comments are...still on here for everyone to read. The comments you made...having a fit about how state governors should have absolutely no authority during the covid crisis because they are singlehandedly destroying the economy. Still here. I remember it because I just love a rant about how states shouldn't have rights, coming from a supposed libertarian who obviously has no idea what libertarian means.
But keep going. I did take 8th grade social studies...
There are local issues, state issues, and federal issues. As a libertarian I want as much freedom in an individual as possible. That being said some issues DO required a joint goverment effort for.
States should do what's best for their citizens. I disagree how some states conduct themselves during this pandemic. Trump has already done what was needed to be done federally for covid. Anything going beyond that is overstepping his powers, something that I fear biden will do.
How long do you think we'll be wearing masks for?
