Some people will never take their masks off. They’re great for looting anonymously.

If people had just sucked it up and not behaved like selfish twats, they'd probably be on a path to coming out of mask wearing.

Over here, people have still been too slow to take it up seriously, but eventually most came to their senses and we're making progress.

#1...yyyyeah. Right. Good luck with that...

    • I agree, every group that gathered in spite of covid-19 had been infected, and Pastor Tony Spell got a parishioner and his lawyer infected and still has court charges to deal with

Well we all wear masks, metaphorically speaking.

I'm taking into account IF trump wins or biden wins.

If Biden wins (news doesnt get to officially call an election) then there will be either a substantial decrease in covid 19 precautions to get the economy restarted. Or biden goes hard on covid and starts putting up more restrictions in order to try to snuff out a virus and tanks the economy.

If Trump wins the media will non stop talk about his continued covid 19 failures/ stealing the election as trump decreases the covid 19 responses and leaves it up to the states decide their course.

Yeah that's because the highest seat in all the land controls what we do federally.

          I'm sorry...what???

It's like you don't understand what federal law is or what power the president has??? The executive branch can't just instate laws??? I feel like your being deliberately retarded, but I should have grasped how shamefully lacking your education on...well everything...is when you claimed to be a libertarian and then had a proper goddamn tantrum about how states shouldn't have rights...

Like...8th grade civics class exists. Please take one.

Oh geez it's almost like there isnt a type of thing that Biden can take executive actions for...

Oh wait yeah theres things called executive orders. Not only that, biden can choose to infringe on the states rights when it comes to covid 19 governance. Trump never infringed on states ability to handle covid. So I just hope biden doesnt either.

I dont know if you know this but the federal law is above the state law. If Biden wins the the democrats (who are shit terrified of the virus) has a majority of control of the federal goverment. Oh wow!

No, lol...I just can't with this 3rd grade level nonsensical shit, but here we are...there are three branches of government, checks & balances woooop

Yes, executive orders exist, but they can and have been overturned by Congress via veto, which they would be since repubs slapped it up.

You do know your comments are...still on here for everyone to read. The comments you made...having a fit about how state governors should have absolutely no authority during the covid crisis because they are singlehandedly destroying the economy. Still here. I remember it because I just love a rant about how states shouldn't have rights, coming from a supposed libertarian who obviously has no idea what libertarian means.

But keep going. I did take 8th grade social studies...

It could continue for years. It's been going on for this long, and we still don't really have a vaccine.

The lower part of my face is ugly, while the top is better, so I love the masks. However, it's too bad for the people getting COVID, especially the older people. I hope my mom doesn't get it.

No one wears them over here so the question is more when will we start wearing them

  • my_life_my_way

I don’t wear one now, they’re bad for my skin. But until people really start standing up to the government, I think here in the UK, they’ll be mandatory for 5+ years if not forever.

What's the name of your skin condition that makes masks bad for your skin?

I don’t have one, anyone’s pores will get clogged if they constantly cover their face. I haven’t had acne since I was 16 and I don’t intend for it to come back now.

Better to get COVID or give ut to someone else.

I've been wearing masks and have had no issues.

Yes it is better to get covid and give it to someone else. Young people with no existing health conditions have an absolutely minuscule chance of even becoming seriously ill, let alone dying. I’d rather have a week with a bad cold than have acne for the rest of my life.

The giving it to someone else part doesn't bother you? Giving it to an elderly person? Giving it to someone with health conditions? That's the biggest reason for wearing a mask.

I have not worn a mask since this whole thing started. The pandemic is in the minds of the people. Wearing a mask is a personal choice. Even doctors don't wear masks all day.

They will drag this whole thing for as long as possible. Wearing the mask pisses me off, my skin reacts sensitive on such things and I look like I'm in puberty again...

We've not really had covid yet so haven't had to wear them. I imagine in places that have a lot of covid they will be worn until there's a vaccine.
