The fourteenth amendment, no state can interfere with life, liberty or property without due process.
The contract clause whereby states may not interfere with lawful contracts of property or employment.
It's all unconstitutional and illegal as fuck. You can chose to go along with their suggestions but the government cannot confine you to your home or shut down your business and force you into bankruptcy. Jesus. What are they teaching you at the college??

Without due process they cannot do any of it legally and so far no one has challenged them so they get away with it. You will notice though, that the government knows this, which is why shelter in place decrees have not limited anyone's right to leave their home or conduct business.
Businesses that have been forced to close have legal standing to sue the government and WILL win or get paid off before it goes that far, if and when they challenge them.

What are you talking about? All of the things listed are rights you have which have been infringed upon illegally.
Forcing businesses to shut down, forcing you to stay home, these are unconstitutional without due process. Pandemic has nothing to do with it.
