  • What's unconstitutional about any of this?

Of course the US government's professionals and advisors and shit could be wrong. But they are a lot less likely to be wrong than you considering they studied this shis for years and and years and do it for a motehrfucking living. Epidemiology is complicated shit I have had to take that class last year. It's really not the type of thing you can just watch the news and read a few edgy conspiracy articles on and say what the government is doing is wrong.

    • Let's see, the first amendment, yes the very first one, the right to travel and associate.

The Fifth amendment, the right to compensation for government interference in lawful business.

The fourteenth amendment, no state can interfere with life, liberty or property without due process.

The contract clause whereby states may not interfere with lawful contracts of property or employment.

It's all unconstitutional and illegal as fuck. You can chose to go along with their suggestions but the government cannot confine you to your home or shut down your business and force you into bankruptcy. Jesus. What are they teaching you at the college??

      • None of these address a pandemic. Please try again to be relevant.

        • What are you talking about? All of the things listed are rights you have which have been infringed upon illegally.

Forcing businesses to shut down, forcing you to stay home, these are unconstitutional without due process. Pandemic has nothing to do with it.

            • Just because the government CAN do something doesn't make it legal under the constitution, which is what my answer related to.

Without due process they cannot do any of it legally and so far no one has challenged them so they get away with it. Notice how your article did not cite a single law, or legal code under which authority they can do this. "The man argued he was denied due process when the trial court delayed appointing him an attorney, and judges AGREED."

You will notice though, that the government knows this, which is why shelter in place decrees have not limited anyone's right to leave their home or conduct business.

Businesses that have been forced to close have legal standing to sue the government and WILL win or get paid off before it goes that far, if and when they challenge them.

        • Excuse me? All I did was listed what was unconstitutional and illegal about it. I said nothing of my own movements.

For the record, I go to work and go home. Yes I have to work.

    • I don't think you understand what I'm saying. I'm simply saying that the government has overstepped the boundaries set by the constitution. They shouldn't be allowed to quarantine cities just because of a disease.

      • I think they should. Where in the constitution does is prohibit that?

If you disagree and want the disease to spead more and kill people because the government shouldn't be allowed to do that, then just say that. Don't say its unconstitutional when it's not to try to somehow justify your radical and nonsensical viewpoint.

        • Lol. I listed how it's unconstitutional and you avoided every point and said it's irrelevant to coronavirus. Try to avoid shooting the steroids directly into your brain.
