I do anal (receiving) occasionally. It's not painful but pretty uncomfortable for me. You know that relieved feeling you get after a poop? It's the opposite of that. Like, my body keeps trying to push it out, it's just constant discomfort. With that being said, the fullness is soothing in a way but my body doesn't interpret it as sexual lol. So yeah, it's not terrible. And my bf loves it so I do it for him, but I don't get anything out of it physically.
