Incorrect. Permanent sterility from steriods is incredibly rare and considering what I have taken there is about 0.001 percent chance.
All the girls that have found out so far haven't cared. Only a handful and none of them were very "serious" partners but that's there for what its worth.
How important is it to tell my partners about this?
