I'm not really a runner, if I started running I could probably run more. I probably should try to start running again.
How do you not run, yet you could run 5 miles? At your age that means you must be very lean and have great genetics.
Just stretch beforehand, set yourself a good, and breath.
My goal would be to not die. That seriosly sounds like torcher to me. I like short bouts of effort.
Five miles really isn't that far.
How far can you run?
