I tend to only get intensely nervous when I'm about to be in a social situation or if I'm in one. My nerves are especially heightened if I've never been around these people before or if I don't like them.
- Sweating
- Heart pounding so HARD and LOUD that I can hear it!
- I'll accidentally say stupid or strange things that make the situation more awkward.
- I may inadvertently come off as a rude asshole, or an extremely serious person who happens to be emotionally cold…
I have almost always had appetite issues. I've always had the tendency to eat less as opposed to overeating. I'm not sure if this was due to stress or something else.
