I don't take any stimulants whatsoever and I do drink alcohol, but I'm rarely tired. I suffer from insomnia and I haven't been in my bed since Thursday night (now Monday evening) so I'm certainly a bit jaded. The way I deal with it is to get up and walk around for five minutes once in a while. It gets the blood flowing again.
How does one fight falling asleep at work desk,especially on MONDAY
