The one thing about female virgins; 'popping a cherry' shouldn't happen if the guy knows what he's doing. Even with most of the hymen still there, with enough foreplay and lubrication guys can get in and they'll be no ripping, pain, or blood. I didn't rip EVER, first time to recently.
With that out of the way, my very first time was also with a virgin, and it was . . . well, everything was dry and and ended early because it was hurting both of us. It's always best to go slow for your first few times; it'll be better when you/they know what to expect and how to react. I wouldn't count on the first being a 'dream experience'.
