Well it's very tight and you feel like you're hurting them. You have to go very slow and its hard to get in the mood when it's painful for your partner. You feel under a bit of pressure to make each moment memorable as it is their first time which they'll remember for the rest of their life. It can be messy afterwards and afterwards they can become emotionally attached to you for quite some time.
All in all, the experience wasn't generally a positive one for me and I don't know why it is so desirable in Islam to be promised Virgins when you die.
