At 23 there will still be plenty of single people, don't worry. It's a myth that everyone meets their future spouse at college. Many people find their "one" at much older than you are now. I hadn't met my husband yet at 23. I was too busy taking drugs and trying to establish my career to worry about finding a man (piece of life advice - taking drugs does not help you establish your career)
Just get out there and do stuff. Clubs, bars, sports groups, volunteering. You meet people in all sorts of places. And online, of course. People do that a lot these days
