Like I said some weeks ago to some other person... interests and hobbies. Immediately you have a common bond. Its much better than meetup places like clubs and whatnot that (for me anyway) are dark and dingy negative places. Hobbies are wholesome and you'll probably meet wholesome people too.
Take up dancing or something. Theres bound to be some brosephs there worth your while. Or volunteer at an animal shelter. Again wholesome people that are doing positive things in their spare time.
