I get most of the outside matter with about 3' of toilet paper folded four layers thick. I do this one to three times as needed.
Then I take a quality (white) paper towel and run it under warm water. I squeeze the water out. Fully naked from the waste down, I squat. I wipe from front to back. I fold the paper towel then wipe back to front. I repeat this process with a second (clean) paper towel wetted by warm water.
I'm willing to bet I keep the cleanest asshole in this web site, frankly speaking.
