I'd honestly say no clue, though I think face to face is best. The thing I always seem to get is where me and a girl both seem to realize that the other likes them, but we never really make anything definite of it, so it always seems to fall apart for me before it begins. I know the right answer is to just tell them, but I'm the sort of person who doesn't want to make myself vulnerable to rejection, unless I'm almost sure.
