I dont. I dont really care. If I meet someone who looks like they're of either etnicity I don't exactly ask them which. The chance is nowadays they'll get deeply offended because it's politically incorrect to assume someone isn't from the country they currently live in even if they look foreign so I just leave it until they tell me something which gives me a clue of where they're from.
