Ok, as a woman this is what I would want you to do. Don't be rude about it, be matter-of-fact. Tell her straight up that you don't see her like that and have no interest in dating her. Seriously, avoid any personal remarks about her being crazy or obsessive because that's very painful to hear, and we won't forget something like that. If she doesn't get it when you've told her straight up in that way, find a girl and take her out where she is to show that you've moved on. Any woman in her right mind will know that this is a clear sign and will avoid you from thereon out, but if she doesn't, then seriously tell her to go away. Don't give any hints or suggestions that a relationship might be possible in the future. Crap like "I'm not ready for a relationship ~right now~" gives her an open door.
