How do you solve conflict?

Listen then repeat what I heard them say and seek mutually accepted compromise 6

    Welp all i can say is if you light the fire under the pot,dont turn up the heat. Things will boil over and then you get burned.

    When their is a conflict in the relationship. When I believe what I say is true I will fight for it to get my point usally until my bf understands what I am coming from. Communication is the key to solving the conflict. I try to avoid conflicts and sometimes I just let it go.
