  • A mixture between talking it out with others and keeping it to myself. I have maybe 3 friends who I'd even bother talking about my problems with and most of the time, they do help in feeling better. The only problem with that is, and even I'm guilty with it, sometimes people try to fix the problem right there for you instead of listening which makes me regret even talking to them about it. The best way I deal with it is the moment I eventually stop moaning about it and face whatever the problem is or if its something I can't change, play/listen to music or game to get my mind off of it.

Oh, and I hate the lashing out at others thing, those people I eventually stop talking to. Its not fair to people who have nothing to do with it and that sh*beep* is very annoying. Its a good way to end up alone if you do that too much. Its not hard to say "I'm not feeling well, can we talk later?" or just isolate yourself.

    • I feel the same way. Unfortunately a lot of people are just too insistent on having their way at that very moment and refuse to let you take a few moments to cool down, so regretful, hurtful things are sometimes said or done. We just have to calm down and remember how much we like the other person, and that they are there because we chose to spend time with them and vice-versa. A lot of people start to take their friends and significant others for granted by blaming things on them, snapping at them or being cruel to them because someone else made them feel like crap and they feel like lashing out at someone who they think will always take it and be there. But those people are usually in for a shock.
