How do you react when you're stressed?

  • I don't ever get stressed over little things - it's much easier for me to be chilled out and laid back. But when I get weighed down by big problems: often I drink more than usual, don't go outside as much as I should, stop talking to people and listen to a lot of music. Music is the only one that is even remotely helpful in coping, but I'd recommend not trying any of those.
