I'm to big of a cluts that if I tried to do it with my foot I would probably end up falling over... so flush with my hands I just take a piece of toilet paper in my hand and flush it with that and then through the toilet paper in while it's flushing. Though I do forget sometimes, but your going to was your hands anyways.
